Hope everybody has had a great start to 2010. Canada and Hawaii were amazing.
It was absolutely hilarious listening to music in Canada and the States. As you may or may
not be aware Australia very rarely these days bleeps words out of songs, I know as parents
and as listeners this can sometimes be disturbing or perhaps majority have reached a stage
of acceptance where one rarely notices the gutter language when it's a catchy song.
One can't help but notice the terrible use of language when listening to tunes in Canada and the
States as every inappropriate word is bleeped out, this includes swear words but many other
words such as gun, shoot, slap, punch, kill, nigger, black, blood and the list goes on and on. So
one thinks there is something wrong with the reception until they realise it is just a mass amount
of bleeping, it actually makes it more noticeable and one sits there trying to work out which word
it was that is missing and could be classed as inappropriate.
